"During a recent trip to see family, I had the opportunity to try a Barre Mix class using YMCA 360. I did not know what to expect but I found the class to be a good alternative to missing a class when getting to the gym is not possible. It was easy to sign up on YMCA360.org and find a class. I attended a live stream class. When the time came, I clicked on the class and I was welcomed by the instructor! I enjoyed the class, it was fun, and I did not miss an opportunity to work out."
